Emma Six Months | Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

One Step at a Time

Most children learn to walk after they crawl. That is not the case for Emma, who at 6 months old has already had her first rock wall climbing training. Before Emma’s 6 month session we were trying to decide how we could personalize the photos by incorporating something unique and adventurous.

Emma’s dad built a rock wall in his own garage. There could not have been a more perfect backdrop. We got Emma to grab on to the wall and even put her in a harness. She was a happy camper in her dad’s arms. There is no doubt she will be a daddy’s girl.

I have to add that he volunteers his time as a fire fighter (we get along great because we quickly bonded over our mutual appreciation of fire hydrants).
